INTACT Life partition system includes proprietary aluminium door frames manufactured, machined and prepared in INTACT Life facilities. Door frames are pre-adjusted in such a way no adjustment has to be done on site.
Aluminium door frames will be prepared to accept a wide range of shutters single or double, swinging or sliding.
Doors: Wood
Solid door made out high density particle board and covered generally with high pressure laminate from a large selection (plain colour, textured finish, wooden décor,…). Alternatively wooden veneer can be proposed. Size of shutter is also variable from standard size to full size and may include a fixed top above standard side shutter, viewer of different shape as per design. Acoustic version with double closing perimeters are also available. Single, double, swinging and sliding system are available.
Doors: Alu
That shutter, produced in INTACT Life factory , is made out of perimetric 80mm anodized or epoxy coated aluminium sections ; The frame is filles with HPL wooded or/and double or single glass of various thicknesses. Venetians can be installed between glasses for privacy. Privacy can be achieved by sand blasted glass or manifestation and graphics. Double glass with vacuum inside is used for acoustic performance. Single, double, swinging and sliding system are available.

That shutter of 8, 10 or 12mm thickness will be used for its high degree of transparency.Only first cass ironmongery is supplied (see below). Size is customized. Privacy can be achieved by sand blasted glass or manifestation and graphics. Single, double, swinging and sliding system are available.
